WEEK 2 STORE EXPERIENCE: Customer service + sales

Starts June 23rd! In week 2 we’ll talk about customer service and the experience we create in our interactions with the customer, and our innaction as well. We’ll talk about how to sell through a thoughtful customer service that aims to be exceedingly helpful and NOT pushy. We’ll discuss being thorough, exceeding expectation, having an eye for details, and building a client list (not to be confused with an email list). We’ll review all the different ways our customer service or lack of can impact not only the experience they have but the impression they have. We’ll talk about what it takes to build a brand reputation that starts with customer service and what you say only comes second to what you do. Last but not least we’ll talk about using silent sellers and various other tools and resources to our advantage, to make our job selling that much easier and more efficient.
