Starts June 30th! What if I told you that we spend A LOT more time doing things that take us away from or distract us from directly selling, driving sales, or driving traffic than is necessary! It’s true!

There’s a time to task and a time to sell, but how do you know which is which when there’s so many demands on your business and a to-do list a mile long?! In week 3 we’ll discuss my system for implimenting standard routines with efficiency in mind, so you can get back to bigger and better things: the customers! You’ll spend this week using my system to create standards for your store, so each and every person on your staff can complete these tasks the exact same way and be done with it as quickly as possible without compromising quality of work.

This system is repeatable, and the workbook that goes with it will walk you through exactly how to roll this out in your store with your team, so you can duplicate this practice as many times over and with as many different tasks as you need, long after this week is over!
